Privacy Notice

This notice explains how ForgePro handles the personal data you submit through the demo request form on forgepro.dev. It is written to meet the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
ForgePro is the data controller. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@forgepro.dev.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To handle your demo request — contact you, schedule the demo and prepare a proposal. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the form secure — prevent spam, bots and abuse. Basis: our legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To meet legal obligations and defend legal claims (KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç); GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).
We do not send you newsletters or marketing emails unless you separately opt in.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We only use service providers needed to run this form:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, form processing, storage of requests and bot protection,
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365) — forwarding your request to our team by email and corresponding with you,
- Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
These providers may process data outside Turkey and the EU. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses recognised under KVKK Art. 9 and the GDPR.
5. How long we keep it
Demo requests from people who do not become customers are deleted or anonymised 24 months after the request. If you become a customer, we keep your data for the duration of the contract and any period the law requires.
6. Cookies
forgepro.dev sets no cookies and uses no visitor tracking. Only your theme choice (dark or light) is kept in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers. Fonts are served from our own domain.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive your data in a portable format, and learn who it was shared with. Email privacy@forgepro.dev; we reply within 30 days, free of charge. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
